Step 1Crop Science & Value Chain
We contract with thousands of growers worldwide, providing agronomic expertise and technical guidance throughout the growing and curing seasons. Our commitment ensures continuous improvement in crop quality and yield while maintaining responsible production practices.
Step 2Grading
Tobacco is graded based on stalk position, color, texture, elasticity and leaf size. We grade tobacco before purchasing and again at our processing plants to precisely define leaf characteristics and ensure quality standards.
Step 3Processing
In our manufacturing facilities located near key production areas, we process tobacco to meet precise customer specifications for quality, yield, chemistry, particle size and moisture content with rigorous laboratory quality control.
Step 4Blending
Tobacco is blended to customer specifications, threshed to remove stems, and processed into strips. We separate scrap and also supply un-threshed flue-cured and burley tobacco in loose-leaf and bundle forms for specific customer needs.
Step 5Logistics & Storage
Our global logistics team handles export formalities and timely shipments with precise documentation. Processed tobacco is re-dried to optimal moisture levels for extended storage capabilities, supporting product quality over time.
Step 6Quality Leaf & Value-Added Tobacco Products
Beyond premium leaf supply, we offer value-added tobacco products, including cut rag manufacturing, custom blends, menthol and flavor applications.
